This retextures the Sneaking Suit to be a bit less flashy and a bit more in line with what one might think when they imagine a prototype stealth uniform.
Main changes:
-The orange bands around the arms and legs have been removed.
-The shine maps have been darkened, making the suit less shiny.
-The texture pixelation has been toned way down, giving it a more crisp look.
-The texture has been upscaled. This is more a matter of personal preference.
