a debug menu for MGS2 Substance on PC, this menu seems to be pretty broken. and most of the options do not work 
INSTALLATION
download the file, then drop the "scenerio.gcx" file into "cdrom.img\stage\n_title" (BACKUP THE ORIGINAL FILE FIRST THOUGH)
when that's done, go into the game and load up the VR missions main menu (or snake tales), then quit out of it, and that is all.
